We walked in the State Farm office in Laurie, MO and immediately were met by a friendly lady who directed us to Sherri Ann. I have been a member of USAA for 25 years but always had State Farm for my auto insurance policies. I retired and moved to Missouri and changed my auto insurance to USAA. Unfortunately that was a mistake as USAA charged me more for my 2018 ram and camper than my house. So I went back to State Farm. Sherri Ann was very knowledgeable and personable.
